    My Ticket ↑ Top

    Yes you will need a printout of the ticket to show at the bus terminal/ bus operator.
    Unfortunately you cannot show your confirmation email as of now, we hope to go paperless in the future!
    If you have lost your ticket do not worry. We would have sent you a confirmation email with your ticket in the email just go to your inbox and reprint your ticket.
    When you book your ticket an email is generated once all is confirmed into your inbox. Sometimes the email gets stuck and isnât sent out, if this happens please contact us on our hotline +60392121818 between 9am to 8pm. If you need to contact us out of hours you may drop us an email at sales@catchthatbus.com and we will get back to you ASAP.

    Pricing & Payment ↑ Top

    Our ticket prices are same at those over the counter or sometimes even cheaper. We wont overcharge you just because you are traveling during the holidays or otherwise.
    You can pay at the counter but your ticket will not be booked through us. We cannot reserve tickets for you.
    We take your security seriously by safeguarding your confidential details with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) So when you enter your details the SSL encrypts your personal information so that it cannot be read by any unauthorized person along the way, furthermore, your payment information is stored in an encrypted format. So rest assured you will not be subject to any sort of online fraud from our website.

    Refunds and Changes ↑ Top

    Please see the Terms & Conditions on your ticket for details on getting a refund.
    Oops! The bus showed up but you didnât. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do if you miss your bus. You will have to book another ticket.
    A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for changes to be made to your ticket, charges apply and will vary with bus operators.

    Yes you can. We will need to know the total number of passengers along with the type of bus you require, ie luxury, economy, etc.
    Online payment is not available for bus charter service. For bus charter service, as this is dealt over offline communication to obtain confirmation with both the customers and the operators, payment can be done via cheque or netbanking.
