Bus from Kuantan to Johor Bahru
There are many ways by which one can travel from Kuantan, Pahang to Johor Bahru, the southernmost city in Peninsula Malaysia. One of the most comfortable ways is of course by bus and the journey takes the east coast road heading south. In Kuantan, there are two bus companies that provide a direct ride to Johor Bahru and they are Cepat Express and Transnasional. Cepat Ekspress picks passengers up from Terminal Sentral Kuantan whereas Transnasional has several pickups points including Kuantan’s Central Terminal, Taman Indera Pura, Taman Mentega, Peramu Jaya, Pekan toll and Pekan Shell Station. Both bus services will drop passengers off at Larkin Terminal. The journey takes 6 and a half hours with occasional stops for food and toilet breaks, as well as prayer breaks.
