Airport Coach

  • Tickets sold are not refundable except
    1. Tickets bought for specific trip of the day is not available due to delay, traffic condition or mechanical problems.
    2. Passenger is qualified for senior citizen or student discount but already bought the ticket at a higher price.
    3. Passengers with "HOTEL" tickets are entitled for refund only if AIRPORT COACH is unable to provide transit to hotels due to unavoidable circumstances.
    4. Passengers with online tickets bought from Airport Coach website does not find sufficient seat on the coach booked can opt for a refund or reschedule the ticket for the next coach.
  • While Airport Coach makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee its departure and arrival times, which may hugely affected by any number of factors including weather or traffic. Airport Coach is not liable for any inconvenience or expense such as cost of plane ticket caused as a result of such delay.
  • Passengers with unused tickets bought at ticket counters are good for travel on the same date the tickets purchased. Tickets held after this time period will be considered null and void and will retain no value for travel or refund.
  • Passengers with unused tickets bought from Airport Coach website are good for travel for a period of one (1) month from the date of purchase the ticket purchased. Tickets held after this time period will be considered null and void and will retain no value for travel or refund.

    1. This is your e-ticket. Please print it out and bring it to the operator's check-in counter at your pickup location on your day of travel to collect your boarding pass.     Transnasional

    This is your e-ticket. Please print this email as it can be used as a valid ticket to board the bus. Alternatively, you may proceed to the check-in counter at your pick-up point and mention your Booking Number to print out your boarding pass.

    Passenger are advised to check with the counter personnel for any changes in the trip stated above. To change seat, please call +60390581582 or go the nearest counter.
    Should there be a dispute seats/tickets (with same ticket number), the company has the right to accept the passenger who can provide proof of identification as stated in the Booking Details. The company is not liable for multiple copies with same ticket number. The ticket number must appear in our waybill for the Booking Details to be considered valid. Passengers are advised to be at the departing point 30 minutes before departure time, as the company reserved the right not to reimburse any passengers who missed their trip.

    1. Tickets sold are not refundable. However, passengers are allowed to change their ticket for a new departure date or destination at Transnasional counters at least 24 hours before departure. A fee will be charged for every changed ticket.
    2. Passengers are required to present their tickets or order summary before boarding the bus.
    3. The company has the right to prohibit passengers from carrying very heavy thing/luggage(s), item(s) which are fragile and perishable, chewing gum, drinks in open plastic containers, alcoholic drinks and/or item(s) not permitted under the law.
    4. Passengers are strongly advised not to bring highly valuable items to be stored in the luggage compartment. The company is not responsible for any losses of passenger's belongings on board the bus.
    5. Indecent or immoral activities are not permitted on board the bus.
    6. The company has the right to reschedule the bus timetable or change the bus type without prior notice.
    7. Passengers are governed by the terms and conditions set by the company from time to time.

    Unititi Express

    1. This is your e-ticket. Please print it out and bring it to the operator's check-in counter at your pickup location on your day of travel to collect your boarding pass. Please arrive at the check-in counter at least 30 minutes before departure time to obtain the boarding pass. Please highlight your Booking Number to facilitate the collection.
    3. You may be required to present the NRIC/Passport Number/Driving License and electronic receipt when collecting your boarding pass. Failing to do so, passengers may not be allowed to board the bus. Tickets sold are not refundable. The company is not responsible for any loss of goods or property of the passengers and accident during the journey of your itinerary.
