  1. Please print out your e-ticket to be used as a valid ticket before boarding the bus. Alternatively, you may proceed to the check-in counter at your pick-up point and mention your Booking Number to print out your boarding pass.
  2. Tickets sold are non-refundable except for specific trips of the day when not available due to delay, traffic condition or mechanical problems.
  3. Unused tickets purchased are valid for use on trips for that same day, subject to seat availability. Tickets held after this time period will be considered null and void and will retain no value for travel or refund.
  4. You are advised to be at the terminal 30 minutes prior to departure as the bus will leave promptly as its scheduled time. Due to the regulation set by the authorities, operators are not allowed to pick up passengers outside of the terminal unless it is an approved pick up point.
  5. The company has the right to prohibit passengers from carrying very heavy luggage(s), item(s) that are fragile and perishable, chewing gum, drinks in open plastic containers, alcoholic drinks and/or item(s) not permitted under the law. Maximum luggage size should not exceed 60cm x 20cm x 55cm and maximum weight should not exceed 20kg.
  6. Passengers are strongly advised not to bring highly valuable items to be stored in the luggage compartment. The company is not responsible for any damage to or loss of passenger's belongings on board the bus. Any articles of lost property recovered from a vehicle will be held at the depot at which the vehicle is based.
  7. The operator has the right to reschedule the bus timetable or change the bus type without prior notice in the event of a bus breakdown. Neither refund on tickets nor additional claims will be entertained by the operator or agency involved as a result of any delays in departure/arrival time or change in seating arrangement. .
