It is about time we come to terms with this. Port Dickson is no more than a tourist attraction that it once was. It has become so commercialized and populated, defeating the purpose of an actual relaxing holiday getaway.
However, to be fair, there are few interesting things to do in Port Dickson that you might have missed all this while.
Since the school holiday is here, check out these places with your family or friends and who knows you will enjoy it!

Things To Do in Port Dickson #2 Deep Sea Fishing
If you were a frequent visitor to Port Dickson you would know that the beach isn’t as quite what is used to be. The beach is no longer sandy and soft on the sole of your feet. Today, it feels like stepping on rocks and sharp pebbles.
Fishing by shores of the beach is not recommended, as it may harm those who are soaking in the sun, playing in the water or by the sand. Alternatively, avid anglers can hire a fishing guide for a day to take them out to sea for a deep sea fishing experience.
Fishology is one avenue that anglers could contact to test their wits at the deep sea, where the fishes are rougher and tougher. They operate in various parts of Malaysia, providing charters and guide services for a memorable angling experience.
Things To Do in Port Dickson #3 Shopping
One plus point about Port Dickson that most people fail to highlight is the shopping experience. It is not known for its iconic shopping malls, but the items sold here are worth and reasonably priced, useful not only at the beach.
On Saturday, by nightfall, the colours at this venue light up the Port Dickson’s night sky. Souvenir Sanctuary is situated in the town centre of Port Dickson, selling items ranging from fresh fish to t-shirt and shoes at inexpensive prices. It is truly a haven for bargain hunters as you are able to get the most value for the buck that you spend. Mouth-watering satays with peanut sauce and many other hawkers’ stalls are situated nearby to satisfy your cravings for some mouth-watering delicacies.
